Rats were running around in the room at night, which was very unsettling.

The room and bed were comfortable, and the location was convenient; however, the washroom’s flush was broken, but everything else worked fine.

The sheets were unclean, the mirrors were dusty, and there was no hot water for a morning bath; the room itself was not tidy, and the bathroom was dirty and had a strong odor.
