I liked the beach strip and the impressive view, and the room and the staff handling guest relations were good. I didn’t like the hotel’s distance from the city, the reception staff were impatient and unpleasant, the food was basic and simple, the central pool was small for the number of guests, and the water park was also small, making the hotel feel more like a 4‑star than a 5‑star.

I liked the room; it was great. The room was close to the reception, which was good. The water park was great. The sheets were dirty, we felt the staff didn't treat us well because we were from Israel, and the food was really bad.

It was a wonderful experience. The villa was perfect. The staff went above and beyond to give us a flawless stay, and the customer service team outshone everyone. The resort is excellent, with a vibe that the whole staff just wants to give you a perfect vacation feeling, the food is varied and good, the beach is amazing, the pools are great, and the surf park is fun. In short, the whole family enjoyed it, both kids and adults. The variety and hours for kids could be improved, especially for the little ones.

“Bir haftalık tatil keyfi için çok doğru bir tercih”

We planned a holiday with my children and nephew; it was an important week for us, and they gave us a very nice room. Having the two rooms side by side was crucial, and the room was easy to reach with the kids, so thank you for that. From the door entrance to the exit, all staff were very friendly, cleaning was done daily exactly as we wanted, even the sheets were changed every day. The booklet materials were high quality, the room view was beautiful. The meals were convenient, with everyone able to eat at their preferred times. Sportive made the kids have a great time, especially the water balloon game, which I especially want to thank for. The sea was nice, gently wavy, but it made the sea fun. Our sea enjoyment was good, the Aquapark had enough courses, thanks for everything. Even though everything was great, I have a few comments: First, since we came from Greece, I would have liked more seafood like calamari, octopus, shrimp; we didn't see any calamari, although the others were in the dishes, but I expected them to be in the Greek style. Also, when dining, the staff ask if we are finished before the dish is finished, which is a bit annoying. When a nice thing is happening, they slightly disturb. I recommend waiting a bit longer for the staff to clear the table.
