Tolip Resort El Galala Heights

Amazing experience at Tolip El Galala Heights! The hotel is beautiful, with a breathtaking view and excellent cleanliness. Special thanks to ( Norhan ) from Guest Relations she is super nice and very professional she followed up with me for the whole trip and surprised us with a birthday decoration in the room while we were having lunch—it made our stay extra special, with a lovely birthday cake too.

The place is comfortable, but the breakfast and dinner were not updated. The dinner was terrible, the sea was far away, daily cleanliness was poor, and there was no follow‑up or basic items like slippers and daily necessities. The pool was awful, tiny, and had no heaters. I told them it was a honeymoon and there was no attention at all, no preparation, and no value for the price.

“Has potential, needs changes in management.”

The place is decent, and the room is clean and it was above expectations. The room view is great also they have fast check-in for bookings users which saved us from 3~4 hours standing in lines for only check in. The beach is also decent and it was sandy doesn't have rocks but it needs 20 mins drive and it lacks a lot of facilities, like beach beds and decent food to eat. The staff and the quality of food were really disappointing, this place has the potential of being one of the biggest hotels in El Sokhna but they are understaffed and the food is bad also the smell around the food area(I was at the VIP area and the public one once) is so bad that totally ruin your appetite. That also lives under the staff and how they don't have enough people to clean after guests finish their food. They should have trainings of how to deal with big traffic. Also the room didn't have the sufficient essentials like toilet paper, shower gel, shampoo and soap. Also i ordered them 3 times and the room service didn't show up once

“كانت كويسه الحمدلله”

I tried to get the staff to fix the problems, but they were under a lot of pressure and it didn't help much. The sea was far from clean, honestly awful.

“Good but needs more stuff in all categories”

The location, helpful staff, and animation team were good, but the pool wasn’t clean. The food variety was lacking—though once we mentioned it, they fixed the problem.
