We travel a lot and have spent many nights in hotels, but seriously, the beds at Hotel Post are the best I've slept in at age 55—absolute top tier! Everything else is clean, friendly, and the food is delicious, what more could you want? Nothing really—the building is quite new but in excellent condition, and the new sauna overlooking the Zugspitze is top+.

The hotel feels like a 5‑star place, especially the kitchen – the meals are almost 18‑19 Gault‑Millau points. I was a bit disappointed that my room didn’t have the valley view I’d hoped for, but I’m sure next time it’ll be better.

The spot is perfect – alpine highlands with a view of the Zugspitze. Staff were super friendly and tried to meet every request. The wellness area was clean and spacious, and the breakfast buffet had fresh eggs and daily specials. Afternoon tea had a nice cake selection, soups, and salads. Dinner service offered good menu choices, and there’s parking available.

From the personalized check‑in to the champagne and fruit in the room, the pool, library, and mountain view made it a treat. The only hiccups were the heat and the bees on the patio – not something you can control, but a fan would have helped.
