The staff were courteous. I expected a better room for the price of the room rate.

The hotel was excellent. We dined at the restaurant, and at checkout the staff said we wouldn’t be charged; the next day I received a WhatsApp message claiming a charge as if I had left unpaid, which was odd. I think the staff should be reminded that billing occurs after departure.
