“Comfortable stay”
The ambience and service were great, but the noise from the swimming pool was audible because it was just above our room.

The staff were extremely attentive and friendly. The location on a quiet road offered great lake views, yet it was close enough to the old city to walk or take a short Uber ride. The manager greeted me personally and gave me a dining discount. The pool was clean and had excellent views. Everything was great.

The service, staff, and location were all top‑class for families. The only drawback was that the lights cut out several times.

I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's good location, nice lake view, and spacious rooms. The food was also quite good, and the rooms were clean. However, the staff, especially the front desk, could have been more groomed and trained. A bit of a letdown, but overall a decent stay.

The hotel has some good things going for it - the views are great, the staff is friendly, and the housekeeping team is top-notch. The rooms are also large and come with smart TVs. However, the lack of sound insulation between rooms is a major issue, and the constant loud music performances every evening made it impossible to rest. The guests on the floor were also loud, and the WiFi was painfully slow.
