I had a very unpleasant experience – I would not stay here again. Unfortunately, my time at B&B Pisapia was extremely disappointing, so I left before the end of my stay and found other accommodation. My main concern was hygiene. I knew the bathroom was shared, so that wasn’t the issue. What worried me was the condition I found the bathroom in after the owner had used it. I was on antibiotics and polytherapy after surgery, so the level of cleanliness was unacceptable. I was also bothered by a persistent odor that I thought smelled like gas. I couldn’t determine the technical cause, but the smell was noticeable and caused me a lot of worry. It was extremely noisy, especially at night. There was also rubbish right outside my bedroom window during my stay, which I photographed. I understand it may have been removed later, but that doesn’t change what I personally experienced while staying there. I was also disappointed by how my concerns were handled. Instead of feeling reassured or helped, the subsequent communication became increasingly confrontational and stressful. In the end, I felt uncomfortable enough with the accommodation that I chose to leave and arrange somewhere else. The dispute with management only made an already disappointing experience worse. This was, personally, one of the most unpleasant stays I’ve had. Based entirely on my own experience, I would not stay at B&B Pisapia again and I cannot recommend it to other travellers.

“Pas contente”

Nothing special; no welcome at arrival, everything handled via WhatsApp, feeling very impersonal; linens and towels were only changed every three days, extra charges otherwise; on hot days it was a bit too warm, towels felt fuzzy, and we felt like we hadn't showered; a strong sewage smell in the bathroom spread into the room; train noise in room 2 was constant; the shared kitchen was rarely used, yet room neighbors complained we monopolized it; we never got a greeting from Mrs.; we had to ask for toilet paper, soap, shampoo that the housekeeper forgot to replenish, and cleaning only occurred every three days.

“Mükemmel”

The host was polite, always leaving water, milk, drinks, and snacks in the fridge and kitchen; the air‑conditioner was good, the ceiling high and airy, the bed comfortable; breakfast was included in my booking, and they partnered with Dolce Caffe for coffee and croissants to start the day; the location of the facility is great.

“Worth the money but if you have special needs and you like to have assistance don’t book by them because the communicati”

The place is well situated and reasonably priced; reaching the staff is difficult, they don’t speak English and insist everyone speaks Italian, refusing to respond in English even when asked; the apartment itself is fine but the front area of the complex is perpetually dirty.
