The location was excellent. The rooms were spacious and the beds comfortable (even the extra bed!). It’s a shame the breakfast wasn’t included.

The spot is great and the warm welcome cookies were a nice touch. Valet was reasonably priced, especially compared to the pricey lots we saw around.

The breakfast was fresh and tasty, and the dining room staff were very friendly. Walking around the area was convenient. On the downside, the park across the street was full of homeless people who slept and gathered there in the morning – the city should do more for them. The carpets were filthy everywhere, including the common areas, elevators, and the room. The mattress was very uncomfortable, and the sheets and comforter were reversed, so the tags faced us while we slept. Plus, we were right next to the elevator, so the noise was constant. They offered free parking to compensate for the ongoing noise, but the front desk staff were not warm or genuinely friendly. Prices were way too high for all these problems, so I would not recommend this hotel.
