Holden House 1902 Bed & Breakfast Inn

“Comfortable stay with especially friendly servers. Kudos to Riley, Kory & Heather! Great staff!”

The food was very tasty and creative; I enjoyed the hot coffee and liked everything! Everything was exceptional.

“A warm and welcome charactful home from home. Everything you could wish for.”

Breakfast was excellent, with muffins, youget, fresh fruit, homemade egg fritters, free orange juice, tea, and coffee. I loved the welcome cookies and the social wine and nibbles. Diana, Heather, and Cory were full of information, friendly, caring, and did everything they could for us. The place was spotless and had an old‑fashioned charm and character. The bed had worn out and sagged in the middle, and the pillows felt a bit lumpy.

We absolutely adored our stay—it surpassed all expectations and was simply wonderful. The building’s charm and décor transported us to another era. We enjoyed wine on the porch while watching sunsets and even spotted deer strolling in front of the building, which was cool. The season gave us a great view of the mountains. Breakfasts were fantastic, and the evening wine was delightful. The huge soaking tubs, robes, and the room’s fireplace were amazing for a relaxing weekend. But most of all, the staff were the highlight; their care and service were truly impressive. They welcomed us warmly and always helped make our stay comfortable and pleasant, even offering great local recommendations. The location and rooms were fantastic, but the lovely staff made this B&B the best I’ve ever stayed at. By checkout, I was already planning my next visit.
