The employees were very friendly and kind, but the room was really small; opening two suitcases left no space to stand.

This place is great—one of our favorites—and the hosts are exceptional!

Getting around town was a breeze—grocery stores, restaurants, and Sügandisey Island were all within walking distance. The rooms were cozy, the common area was fully available for evening plans and our own breakfast, and they even offered a fridge space for perishables. Parking was plenty.

We were disappointed with this guesthouse. We emailed ahead about a late check‑in and learned there would be an extra fee after 22:00, so we arrived by 7 p.m. to avoid it. We followed the no‑laundry, no‑smoking, and no‑cooking rules without issue. The bathroom was very basic, with only a cloth curtain, and the sink was extremely narrow, causing water to splash even when washing hands. After checkout we briefly returned hoping to use the restroom like previous guests, but the staff denied us access and directed us to a local bakery, which was an unexpected lack of basic courtesy.
