Nothing pleased me at all! I have never been greeted so unkindly at a hotel; they said that if they had known I was arriving by bike, they wouldn’t have accepted my booking. Later they discovered my weeks‑old note “Fahrradtourist” and claimed I had sent it too late. The room was tiny, the shower barely produced water, and that thin, cold trickle was unchangeable—only cold water!

This basic hotel offers no meals and isn’t especially modern, which is clear from the price and what you get. It more than met all expectations: it’s clean, the facilities are fine, and the staff are friendly and very helpful.
