I spend a lot of time in hotels, but this place tops the standards known from chains like Hilton or Sheraton. The service is simply phenomenal – from helping with luggage, to detailed explanations, to a welcoming jug of juice and water delivered to the room. A huge plus is the full discretion; cleaning only happened when I was away from the hotel. The restaurant is a masterpiece: tasty, fresh food and waiters who can perfectly advise on dishes and drinks. Breakfast is a real frenzy – the staff ask what to prepare (from eggs in any form to Nutella pancakes), serving a basket of bread, butter, cheeses and a drinkable yogurt. Hospitality is world‑class! There are no typical amenities such as a pool, sauna or massages, but honestly – with such a wonderful, detail‑oriented service and great restaurant, that was not missing at all. The stay was simply perfect.

I kept the place tidy and the dinner was tasty on the nights I ate there, and the staff were genuinely kind and helpful—no faults there. However, I ran out of hot water in my room for two consecutive days; the team fixed it fast when I mentioned it. I thought the first day might have been a late‑day glitch, but the second day was identical. The internet in the room was weak, the décor looked tired and in need of a makeover, and the pool was closed during my stay.

I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Martini Zagreb, a lovely family‑owned hotel. It was very clean, the breakfast was delicious and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped me with my luggage and even offered me some tea upon my arrival. It’s about a 10‑minute drive from the airport. Overall, that was such a good experience, thank you for everything!
