Location good, very close to central square and easy to reach, rooms comfortable.

Location good for activities in central Tunja. The administrator's service is good. Cold water in a city so cold. No fridge. The hotel owner is not very friendly. The thermal blankets are either very old or dirty. Very restrictive with everything, with the schedule. Parking is paid separately.

They claim there’s a parking lot, which isn’t true, and for such a high price the comfort is lacking. The cost itself is the problem.

My room had a window opening to the outside and it was far too noisy; I’d suggest installing double‑glazed windows to cut down the sound.
