Great location for our needs, superb breakfast, and friendly owners, but the parking area was a bit small, especially when towing a trailer.

The location is spot on, the buildings are stunning, rooms are clean and spacious, yet the staff were friendly, the food good, and the overall stay was great.

We’ve stayed here before and loved it so much we came back, really happy with their service and the breakfast, and we’ll be back on our next visit; we don’t have anything to complain about.

Very nice place, centrally located, but the light that floods the room could be better; a light tint on the roof panels would block out some of it so guests don’t have to wake up to the sun – it would be nice to lie in a bit longer 🤪.

I've been lucky enough to stay at Sheilan House a few times over the years, and this latest 5-night stint was just as great as the others. The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean, and everything just felt like home. I've got nothing but good things to say about this place - it's definitely a gem.
