I was in the green room, and every detail was carefully planned—from the lighting options to the patio outside for a nice sit‑down. The room had a kettle, cups, coffee, tea, a big comfy bed, and a strong water flow with hot water available; it was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was generous and varied, featuring a vegetable platter, baked eggplant with tahini, three cheeses, a omelet, pita with hummus, olives, all served at the table, plus unlimited cornflakes, tea, coffee with a machine, and bottled water, all accessible 24/7. There’s a rooftop exit with sofas, tables, a view of different roofs, and a sea breeze. Asaf was very friendly and helpful, giving all the info. An extra quirky highlight was one side of the building serving as a dorm for dozens of guests, who ended up sleeping together after a while. No complaints, the hotel was a perfect 10, but a few important points: 1. The stairs to the roof are very long and steep, tough for older people and small children need extreme caution. 2. Some small rugs (they call them “knara” for beauty) could cause slips. 3. In my room the linens weren’t arranged well, the pillow and blanket kept sliding out. 4. The shower/toilet area felt a bit cramped. 5. Daily, nightly, and early‑morning sounds from the mosque added to the authenticity. 6. Finding parking nearby is impossible. 7. The price is quite high, so I’m not sure I’d return. Thanks for the amazing experience!

The hotel is clean, the room is spacious and comfortable, but the breakfast is limited and could be expanded.

The location is great—just a 5‑minute walk to the Temple Mount, the Hammam, and the Old City walls. The place is truly special, with a high‑ceiling room in a stone building with ancient arches inside the Old City walls. Breakfast is unique and feels like home.
