The room was spacious and comfortable, but the shower had weak water pressure, the breakfast was very basic, and some of the pastries were hard.

The location is good, close to the commercial buzz on Florida Street and its surroundings. During the day it’s fine, but as the sun sets the area changes, fewer people are around, and you’ll find homeless people near the hotel who will ask you for something each time you step out. The hotel has security at the gate and on the street, which lets you come and go at night with some peace of mind. This time my husband and I stayed here, but if I were alone or with other women I wouldn’t repeat it because the area feels a bit unsafe for single women at night. The service definitely needs improvement – the variety of products is limited and the quality is only acceptable. On a positive note, the hours for the same service are very wide.

Everything was great. The staff were very friendly and professional. The only issue is that all triple rooms lack enough towel hooks in the bathrooms, which is a problem when you’re a group.
