Apart from being close to the old town, there was nothing else. The place was dirty, small, and musty; the carpet was torn, windows had not been cleaned for months or years, it was dusty and the rooms were very cramped. The photos on the site show something completely different. A total let‑down and a trap.

The location was good, but the elevator was very cramped.

The surroundings and people were all friendly. I ran into booking issues, but they helped right away and didn’t let me down, even though I booked last minute. Thanks to everyone on staff.

I really liked the hotel’s location (within walking distance of all sights), its cleanliness, and the cozy rooms. The hotel sits on a hill, offering an incredible panoramic view of all Bursa at breakfast. The staff were welcoming and the breakfasts were good. The rooms had carpet, a comfortable bathroom, and so on. If I ever come back to Bursa, I’ll choose this hotel again. Thank you!
