The staff were genuinely friendly and the breakfast was top‑notch, which made a good first impression. I wasn’t told at booking that we’d be staying in a separate building, but it turned out to be fine. Unfortunately, when a group of cyclists showed up the garage ran out of electric‑bike charging points, and the rooms didn’t have balconies, which we missed.

Breakfast has been solid every time I’ve been here, and the place has stayed clean since they renovated in 2017. The only odd thing is that the ski hall is tucked away in the basement, but it’s not a deal‑breaker – if you can ski you can also manage a few stairs.

Breakfast was great – I brought my own margarine and soy milk because cow’s milk upsets my stomach, and the staff were really nice, plus the lifts are just a short walk away. The downside was the thin walls: you could hear coughing, snoring and even traffic outside the room.

The location was decent, and the pre‑arrival contact with staff was quick and easy, but the stay quickly turned sour. We booked two triple rooms with balconies and private saunas, yet there were no saunas, no soap, no towels, and one balcony was too tiny for three people; the other room was only partially renovated.
