Everything was spotless and well‑organized, the staff were very attentive and ready to help, the location was the best, we saved time on transfers, it was wonderful.

I really liked the service; everyone was super friendly, helpful and pleasant. I expected more from the breakfast; the fruit was overripe, and the juice options were very bad.

Excellent location, just a short walk from what I think is the best beach. The breakfast was very good. Great value for money. The only issue was a broken paper‑towel dispenser.

Location was good. The service was unhelpful and cold toward guests. On arrival the room’s air‑conditioning was faulty, so they moved me to another room. The next day they switched me again because the new room was pricier and they said I’d have to pay an extra 150,00 to stay there, so I had to go back to the beach to change rooms while they called me, and then return to the room where the AC was fixed but it still had a problem. The breakfast was disorganized; when tables were cleared they weren’t cleaned and we had to eat on a dirty table left by the previous guests. The parking wasn’t enough for the number of guests, leaving cars on the street where they could be fined.
