The service was very good. The internet in room 107 didn’t work; that’s the only thing that needs improvement, and it’s important.

I was blown away by how beautiful and supremely cozy the place was, perfect for unwinding; the beds felt like a wonderful hug and were incredibly comfortable, the hotel is close to both the beach and Sayulita’s center, the pool was absolutely delicious and the staff were super friendly, I also rented a golf cart from them and they were kind at every turn, definitely the best hotel I’ve ever seen on my first visit to Sayulita and I’ll be back soon. I did have the misfortune of having no water at night, but they fixed it quickly; I also lost power the next day but they resolved that fast and moved us to another room – it’s just a note, not a complaint.

The staff were friendly and the facilities were good; I also rented a golf cart on the spot, which was great. I liked everything.

The hotel is very nice, excellent in terms of cleanliness and comfort, the pool is super relaxed, and you can walk everywhere. Being in the northern area lets you sleep without noise.
