The hotel was clean and the location was great, but I stayed for four nights and my room was never serviced. I asked for a cleaning and they never came. The breakfast buffet was mediocre: the eggs were bland, the sausage links were dried, and the strawberries were sour.

The hotel, only six months old, was really clean and sharp. The AC stopped working, so they moved me to another room and said they would compensate us for a night, but I never received the refund.

The staff were irresponsible. They cancelled my reservation on the same day of the stay and called me at 4 pm while I was heading to check in; I was already in Sarasota from Miami and had no accommodation until 9 pm when BOOKING finally assisted me.

I loved this hotel and would definitely go back; it was super clean, the breakfast was delicious, rooms were spacious and comfortable, staff were very friendly, and it’s highly recommended.

The place was very clean and the free breakfast had everything you could imagine; staff were courteous, the room felt like a mini apartment with a very comfortable bed, the pool was beautiful, and the patio offered plenty of seating, gas grills, and fire pits—would definitely stay again! Everything was exceptional, the nicest place ever!
