The location is great, in a nice part of Rome, and it’s easy to walk to most attractions.

The hotel is new, rooms are clean, and the staff—except for the front desk—are excellent; breakfast is decent. I asked for a paid late checkout, but the front desk said sorry, we’re full, no rooms available. I went back to my room and discovered many rooms were available on Booking, so I had to book elsewhere and lug my luggage down, only to find the staff were quitting and lying about other things; it feels like a two‑star place that won’t grant late checkout.

The staff were wonderful and very helpful, and my family and I enjoyed our stay; the hotel is within walking distance of all attractions, cafés, and restaurants.

The room was very bright and spacious, and they were kind enough to leave us some details upon arrival and on the day we left. Breakfast service could be better.
