Hotel Galles

The hotel was in a good location. Unfortunately, that was the only positive thing about it. The rooms were very old, and the entire hotel is outdated. The quality is very poor and it does not look like the photos at all One very, very, very serious complaint is the swimming pool. The pool closes at 7:00 PM, which means guests can hardly use it. We are on vacation and want to relax and enjoy the facilities we paid for. The pool is the only thing that really adds value to this hotel, yet you cannot properly enjoy it because of the limited opening hours. There also seems to be a negative atmosphere among the staff. The elevator looks like it is from prehistoric times — you are better off taking the stairs. As for the quadruple room, do not expect a proper room for four people. You will get a folding sofa bed that is extremely uncomfortable, and the room itself is tiny for four guests. The hotel is in desperate need of extensive renovation

Breakfast was good and had something for everyone, the pool always had enough loungers, the parking at the hotel was great, and the location was perfect for us. The only gripe was that the breakfast room felt a bit cramped; what bothered us most was having to find a new spot each day because the vase with the room number kept moving tables, a situation we saw many guests experience and didn’t understand the purpose of.

The location was nice and the breakfast offered some variety, but the cleaning left the floors dirty, and we found the bed to be extremely hard and uncomfortable.

The location is great, right by a bus stop and a pedestrian street, yet it’s quiet. The breakfast is generous and varied. The only issue was that the linens weren’t changed during the four‑day stay.
