The owners gave a warm welcome, were very helpful and thoughtful—truly amazing; the family room was excellent.

We spent a lovely family time together in the room that has a private bath; the only downside was that it took a bit longer to get the hot spring water, and the water temperature could have been a little hotter for the best experience.
The manager was friendly and made the stay very comfortable, and the room’s hot spring was fantastic; I’d love to come back again.

All the facilities were there, the old man was very friendly and could speak English; perhaps because it’s too close to the forest, the animals upstairs were a bit noisy at night, running across the floorboards all the time.
The place had all the basics and I really liked how quiet the nights were, but the cleanliness around the bed area and the cooking space could use a bit more attention; everything else was fine.
