The place was spotless, everything worked perfectly, and I didn’t encounter any problems at all.

The location was excellent, just a short walk from the city centre, but the shower water kept alternating between hot and cold and didn’t drain properly; breakfast didn’t appeal to me—during the week we had to pick a set that never changed, there was no children’s option, and the weekend buffet offered only two types of cornflakes, also without a kids’ menu; overall it was mediocre, the coffee was undrinkable, yet the à‑la‑carte dishes and coffee were good, and the bed was very uncomfortable for both my wife and me.
