The place was very nice and clean, and the location near the train was great. The kitchen noises seeped through the door a bit, but that’s a minor detail since other guests were polite.

Lokalita je fajn, i když je daleko od středu města, tak 10 minut pěšky od ubytování je zastávka tramvaje. V mém jednolůžkovém pokoji je postel, stůl a jedna židle a velká skříň. Na chodbě či spíš lépe řečeno v hale je kuchyňská linka se sporákem, mikrovlnkou, varnou konvicí, dvěma velkými ledničkami s velkými mrazáky a pračkou. Nikde jsem neviděla sušák na prádlo, ale nehledala jsem jej. V pokoji by mohly být nějaké háčky na pověšení bundy apod. a dále něco, kam by se dal rozvěsit mokrý ručník (ideálně malý pokojový sušák). Možná by bylo fajn, kdyby toaletní papír byl k dispozici v koupelně (na pokoji byla jedna rolka), většina obchodů prodává pouze větší balení a člověk na dovolené má jiné starosti než shánět jednotlivé rolky toaletního papíru. Dost nepříjemné mi přišlo vysypávání koše - v kuchyni je velký koš, v sobotu při příjezdu byl tak ze 3/4 naplněný, ve středu už doslova přetékal, napsala jsem na Booking a dostala jsem odpověď, že uklízečka dochází poměrně často, ale když tam není, tak že spoléhají na to, že koš vysypou hosté. Další den večer byl koš vysypaný. Záchod nebyl umytý až do pátku, kdy ho opět někdo umyl. Jsou to drobnosti, ale fakt kazí dojem z pobytu

“Poor value for money… stay somewhere else.”

Location was good just out of town near a train station with regular trains into the centre There was a washing machine. The booking said Air conditioning but there was no AC, we requested a fan as it was extremely hot during our stay (30 degrees) but our request was totally ignored, Communication with the host was non existent only arrival and exit instructions, any other messages they didn’t respond too. We stayed in room 4 The bottom bed sheet was creased and had stains and smelt dirty, I don’t believe it was changed from the previous guests. The floor was full of bits and dust inside the room and outside the room, we hoovered this ourselves as no cleaning was done during our 4 night stay. The shared bathroom was shared with one other room which we thought was good as usually shared with more rooms, however the other occupants were not very clean and left hair shavings and soap scum in the shower which meant cleaning it ourselves before using (no cleaning products available) a risk you take in shared space I suppose. The bed was a sofa bed and extremely small for 2 people (more like a single bed size) The room facing us had loud music playing late into the night and early (5-630am) in the morning, no respect for anyone else. A very uncomfortable stay, very hot We stay in lots of accommodation backpacking on a budget but this is seriously one of the worst places we have stayed

It’s very close to the Basilica. The apartment has rooms locked with keys. It’s clean. One or two nights here are great.
