The location of this hotel was great, as it was central to all the places we wanted to visit.

“Staff is great but facilities are not the best”
The staff was amazing and extremely helpful. The rooms are cockroach infested, and the staff is well aware of this and are very remorseful; there seems to be a management issue.

Comfortable and clean. Unfortunately due to the time of year it was cold and wet so we couldn’t make the most of the outdoor facilities. The hotel was quiet so not many guests and we ate dinner in the lounge area. A group of Zulu dancers came in every night and it felt very awkward with only a few people watching and then being asked to join in and for tips. When the hotel is quiet a show once a week would be enough
“Overpriced with below par value”
The look of the place. 1. Noise levels in the passages and by guests staying one floor above scraping their chairs and walking with clumpy feet … unacceptable 2. Forget expectations when eating at the restaurant. They either don’t have what is offered on their menu or the food is lacklustre and tasteless 3. As for the shower, the temperature and pressure was great but the drainage of the after shower soapy water was eeeuuuw. Expect to be standing in your own shower water whilst still showering
