We are extremely disappointed with this hotel. Four stars is absurd! The place is poorly maintained, dirty, neglected, and the service is open to criticism. The all‑inclusive is a tragedy. In the spa there are only three saunas, only one works and not consistently. The steam room is cold, with cracked tiles and exposed cables. Around the pool and under the loungers there is dust and guests’ debris – hair, nails, and drink bottles. One of the showers is unsafe, with only a loose cover on top that could injure especially a child. The entire hotel is filthy, stained. Rooms are not particularly clean, and all furniture is scuffed and dusty. There are no air‑conditioners or cooling, which is unacceptable for a hotel that promises stays in summer. You have to open the window to survive the night and hope it doesn’t fill with mosquitoes and insects because there is no screen. The all‑inclusive seems specific here – three main meals (decent), drinks are only available at the bar in the lobby and reception, their machines in the restaurant work only at breakfast. During other meals you can order from a waiter, if either of the two guys can manage between feeding the food and collecting plates. When you ask the lobby about the local alcohol included in the package, it turns out there is only mint and vodka. Whatever you ask for non‑alcoholic drinks or beer, they pour half into the glass with no attention. The only good impression is the receptionist – smiling and responsive, as much as she can do for guests given the awful conditions.
