The location was good, but the bathroom was small, which is quite common in London.

It was close to the tube and Hyde Park, everything within a reasonable walking distance. The staff were friendly, especially Iwona in the breakfast room; she made everything a breeze, a lovely lady.

The staff were fantastic and the atmosphere was lovely, yet the room felt very cramped.

The place was spotless and kept in great shape, but there was nothing else worth mentioning.
