The price, staff and location were solid, but we didn’t get enough pillows and both of us slipped in the shower because the drain was loose.

The room met our expectations—clean and equipped with the basics, no extra luxury, just what we needed for two nights. The tram stop was 100 m away and we reached Hôtel de Ville in half an hour; we bought the tram tickets at the reception without any trouble. There’s a free, secure parking spot right by the hotel. The breakfast was a typical simple French spread, only sweet items and little variety, so for the price I’d rather grab something from a bakery next time.
