The room was damp, the towels were stained, and they only provided a single small soap.

What I didn’t like was having to pay extra for the booking through Booking, a fee that wasn’t mentioned at the time of reservation; they also claimed breakfast was included but we didn’t receive it, otherwise it was fine.

There were animals in the room and cockroaches.

The place is very clean, the room is brand new, the bedroom is new, and there’s enough space to store personal items, but the room has no window.
