The front desk team was the friendliest we've met on any trip, and the waterpark is just the right size for little kids. Breakfast was decent, though the only milk option was cereal milk, which was a bit of a let‑down. The pool water and area were quite cold; a heater or hot tub would help. The bathrooms near the pool were fairly clean, but the pool floor itself was somewhat gross.
