立地面のみです。. 古いのは承知の上でしたが ベッドのマットレスの大きなシミは不快。朝8時に突然停電？ ブレーカー？電気が消えフロントに連絡するも復活するのに数分かかりました。

函館駅から近くて近隣で食事等で困る事も無くて良かったです。. 夜に廊下での話し声やドアの開け閉めの時の音が響くのが気になったです。 後、ユニットパスが狭く壁にぶつかりながらシャワーを使いました。
