Location and overall cleanliness of the lobby and parking lot. The smell of drugs in the parking lot first thing we were there. Mattresses were old and worn

Excellent location and great staff. Front desk personnel and breakfast preparation team all very professional and made for a more enjoyable environment. One elevator of two was down for several hours. Some very loud teenagers on August 15 on the 5th floor. Loud door closings on multiple occasions. This isn't the hotels fault

The hotel and rooms were very clean, and the people at the front desk were friendly and welcoming. Nothing
