“Mü kem mel”
Authentic, friendly staff who were always ready to help, and the breakfast was good; everything was perfect.
I'd definitely stay here again. The hotel's location is perfect, and the staff are friendly and helpful. My only gripe is that the rooms could do with a bit more soundproofing - the noise from the street outside can be a bit much at times.
“Average for price”
I've gotta say, the breakfast at this place was really good, but it was a bit of a struggle to communicate with the staff. When I called reception to ask for more wood, I was told they didn't speak English, which was a bit of a problem. On the other hand, one of the young lads who worked there was really helpful when my partner was out, despite speaking minimal English.
“Cómodo e incómodo al mismo tiempo”
This hotel has been beautifully restored, with a lovely decor and a clean room on our first day. The staff made an effort to communicate with us and even helped us with our luggage. However, our room overlooked a patio and had zero privacy. The staff would often make a lot of noise in the patio, and we could hear the street noise from our room. Unfortunately, none of the staff spoke any English, and the breakfast was just okay. They also only cleaned our room if we specifically asked them to.
“Berbat bir deneyim”
I'd advise against staying at this hotel - we were thoroughly disappointed. The staff tried to charge us for a bottle of wine we'd already bought, and we had to carry our luggage up a ridiculous number of stairs. The location is close to a busy area, but the surrounding streets are filled with trash and noise. The rooms are designed in a way that makes it impossible to have any privacy, and the breakfast is just a standard spread.
