2 twin beds
1 queen bed
The place is older but still in decent shape for its age—nothing fancy but it’s comfortable. It was a bit noisy, though that’s understandable since it was full.
“Overnight stay in Rotorua”
We checked in at 5 pm after a cold afternoon watching the kids play rugby league; the room was nice and warm with the heaters on.
“It suited our three-night stay with five teenagers to go mountain bike riding. Good location.”
The location was spot on, right in the middle of town and close to supermarkets, restaurants, and other spots. The two‑bedroom bungalow was just right for 6 of us, with a separate kitchen and two separate bedrooms. Unfortunately, the rooms weren’t cleaned well—cobwebs on most ceilings, a slightly broken shower door, and a leaking radiator in the bedroom that soaked the carpet in one spot. The rooms felt a bit run‑down, dated, and could use a revamp.
“It was really convenient, especially being so close to the supermarkets. It was also only a 5-minute drive to the field”
The space was great and could fit all 8 of us comfortably, but I didn’t like the microwave at all.
“Awful”
No one was at reception—check‑in was impossible. We arrived at 6:45 pm, yet the hotel claimed reception was open until 9:00 pm, so I had to find another place. Terrible hotel.
