The shower was broken.

“Orrendo”

The handles were broken, the walls were dirty, the shower was broken, the pillow in a double bed was painful, and there were fur—maybe from a dog or a cat—on the stool and chair. The place was shabby. It should be torn down and rebuilt.

“A che ora ve ne andate? Mi raccomando puntuali alle 11.30”

Il disco di Gianni Morandi e gli scacchi. Il fatto che il proprietario ci ha chiesto,appena entrati senza neanche salutare, a che ora ce ne andassimo. Non contento, ha bussato alla porta(più volte) alla 10.30 per ribadire che il check out fosse alle 11.30,svegliandoci. Inaudito

The location was good, the kitchen was nice, and a supermarket was nearby. However, walking almost 1.5 (3 in total) kilometers just to get the key was absurd. We arrived late at night and had to figure out where to go and how to get there because some streets were closed or blocked. It was ridiculous.

“Mai più!”

Nothing, it talks about a charming apartment but it looks more like a hostel. The owner's lack of professionalism forced us to go a kilometer away to pick up keys; when we got there, there was only one key for two rooms, one of which was tiny. We tried calling a thousand times for the second key and got no response. We returned to the apartment and luckily someone there knew the owner and managed to call him for the second key, otherwise we would have had to sleep in a car. We had to go back to get the other key (a double trip). We used only the larger room because we were five people, and the larger room had three double beds, but that was not mentioned. We didn't use the smaller room (tiny, cost 55€) and asked for a refund, but it was denied because we had taken the keys. Shameful.
