We loved the staff and the property itself has its own charm. The room was very traditional and spacious.

The rooms were fantastic and the onsen a real treat, plus a massage chair in our room was a pleasant surprise. The breakfasts and dinners were so good we had to ski extra just to earn them each day, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. This stay really stood out on our trip.

Breakfast and dinner were both outstanding, and the location was great—easy ski‑in, ski‑out access. The service was excellent.
