A very friendly host, Nino. She gave us tips and helped with a mild illness by providing medicine. The breakfast was freshly prepared and very tasty. The location is central yet quiet. Parking by car is hassle‑free. Communication in German, English, or Russian was smooth. Thank you, Nino. The room was a bit cool, as the weather in mid‑September wasn’t great; it would have been nice if the heating had already been on, but that was everything.

The place is nice, and from the rooftop balcony you could see Kazbek in the morning; the view from the windows is amazing everywhere, and the surroundings add to that charm—definitely recommend staying here! Tea, coffee, and hot water are freely available in the dining area 24/7. However, there were issues with water on the upper floor, so I had to wait for the right moments to shower.

The room was very nice, with a view of the mountains on two sides, a comfortable bed, great shower pressure, and the owners organized a private car to drive us to Tbilisi and the road leading to the trail for the church. The downside was that breakfast isn’t served, so you have to walk into town, which takes 10 minutes.
