The charm of the small chalets, the welcome, the little fireplace, and the quality of the meals were all great; breakfast was fabulous. Thank you. We had not been sufficiently informed about the geographical situation, which can be problematic in case of heavy snowfall, and that was indeed the case during our stay.

The welcome was perfect from Elise and the entire staff. Thanks to Arthur, who was present, welcoming, attentive, and very professional throughout the stay. The spa organization could use some improvement: there is no shower in the spa, and treatments are offered in the space even though it is privatized.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional: warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. The hosts made us feel incredibly welcome and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The views are simply breathtaking and create such a special atmosphere. Waking up to that scenery was unforgettable. The rooms are stunning—beautifully designed, very comfortable, and maintained to the highest standard. Every detail felt thoughtful and special. The food was also outstanding. Both breakfast and dinner were absolutely delicious, beautifully prepared, and added so much to the overall experience. Overall, this is truly a once-in-a-lifetime kind of place. A magical experience that we will remember for a long time. Highly recommended.
