“Lovely Balcony but wouldn't return”
The room and balcony were huge, and the view from the balcony was stunning—I could see city hall. The kitchen had a gas stove with oven, fridge, dishes, microwave, and a dining table, and the gym was nice too. However, the room was very cold and the thermostat didn’t let me adjust the temperature. The front desk handed me a space heater, which I appreciated, but that was unexpected for a hotel. The floors were dirty, one bed had dirty sheets, and although the front desk gave me new sheets, I had opted out of housekeeping before noticing, so no one came to the room or offered a new one. The headboard was scratched, the TV didn’t work, and even after I asked for it to be fixed it never was.
