The place is very well kept and the service is excellent.
The place was good, but the room was very hot and the air conditioning didn’t work well.
Breakfast and the rooms were lovely, but the jacuzzi was cold and only open from 11:00 to 19:00; the small town has few bars and restaurants, most of which close at 22:00.
Check‑in and check‑out were straightforward, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The staff were available to solve room issues, the room was spacious and well equipped, and breakfast was great, with the option to eat on a quiet terrace. However, the hotel’s restaurant was closed without prior notice, and it was hard to find a place to eat in the city after 20:00, so we had to return to Los Gigantes.
