The spot is close to Trans‑Canada, near nature, and the property is quiet; overall it was a decent experience, but it wasn’t worth the $175. The communal kitchen wasn’t clean, the bedroom beds were poor quality, and the lack of an elevator made traveling with kids and luggage difficult.

Everything they gave us was spot‑on, especially the cook. She was incredibly friendly, always smiling and clearly knows her job. I left feeling well‑informed and taken care of.

The spot is great – the grounds are beautiful, the pool is nice and the staff are welcoming. Unfortunately the building itself feels a bit old‑school: the furniture looks mismatched, the drop ceilings and fluorescent lights give it a dated vibe, and the bathrooms aren’t what you’d expect in a newer hotel.

The price was right and the place sits in a perfect spot, plus the receptionist was super friendly. However, the room wasn’t fully cleaned when we got there – we found a few stray chips in the sofa bed and an empty soda can in the trash bin.
