The staff were very kind and helpful, the room was very clean and spacious, and the breakfast was very varied and of excellent quality. There were no problems finding free parking nearby. It’s a pity the area is very noisy; I recommend bringing earplugs. The area is busy and loud, probably because a hospital is nearby, as there were constant ambulance sirens. Unfortunately, a major accident happened, so with the room on the first floor overlooking the square it was hard to sleep – obviously not the hotel’s fault, but it was a nuisance. Bringing earplugs would solve this easily.

The location is with a 2‑minute tram to the city centre, the reception was friendly, the rooms on the inner courtyard are quiet, the breakfast is very good, only missing some yogurts, but otherwise everything is fine. The elevator is tiny compared to the size of the building, and the parking exit is a bit sporty.

The constant noise in the downstairs café is annoying, but for one or two nights it’s tolerable.

The breakfast setup was the best we’ve had on our Italy trip, and the location is very close to the train line that takes you into the heart of historic Turin. The rooms are okay, a little dated, and the Wi‑Fi is horrendous, dropping constantly.

The hotel is modern with two elevators, and my room was comfortable with a desk, a small fridge, and a kettle that came with water, tea, and coffee as a welcome. The buffet breakfast was excellent, and the staff kept the whole place clean and the food well stocked. The reception staff were friendly and attentive. It’s located at the end of tram line 4, which takes you straight to Piazza Castello. I would have liked a blanket in the wardrobe for use when needed, even though it was September.
