The location and especially the staff were great. We chose the room overlooking the pool, and at 7 am the children would swim and jump from our room, waking us up every day.

The hotel is fairly well located, close to the big night market. The rooms are adequate. The pool has water‑play equipment for children and a playroom. The pool water caused irritation for my son. The staff blamed us for breaking a glass bottle in the room, claiming it was cracked by the fridge frost, and we felt they wanted to charge us for the break. They check the rooms at check‑out.

Really big spacious rooms Loved the glass bottles for water, to help cut down on plastic. Also loved that they have beach bags and mats to take down to the beach. The 2 pools and the free snack bar was also a massive hit for the kids. The cleaning staff are wonderful and made a beautiful display on the bed for my daughters 5th birthday. We enjoyed the area, it was nice and quiet but just a short stroll to great food and beaches to grab boats. Everything was pretty good, we tried the breakfast buffet once and was nothing spectacular and the same price as places across the road which offered a lot more variety

The room was spacious, well-lit, and had a private jacuzzi on the balcony. The hotel staff were very attentive. The food at the hotel bar was disappointing.
