The caravan was in great condition and the owner was amazing, providing all the information and details on how to get there and everything else.

The property was spotless, set in a lovely spot on the camp, the shower was excellent, the living area was spacious, and the caravan felt very homely and cosy. No toilet roll.
“Take your own cleaning stuff”
The outside space was nice, yet the caravan was a mess: I spent over 3 hours cleaning upon arrival. The carpets were filthy, the cushions never had been washed, the floors were dirty, and the mattresses were stained with yellow. The sofa was also stained. I spent an hour cleaning the windows, and the middle one had sticky residue. The owner seemed indifferent, apologized, and promised to contact me once she heard back from cleaners, but 24 hours later I texted and called her and she just said, “I haven’t heard from anyone so didn’t contact you.” I have a voice recording! I tried to reach her again but couldn’t. I’ve attached pictures. I wouldn’t recommend this caravan; bring your own cleaning supplies and vacuum. I later messaged her and told her I’d cleaned the entire caravan for the next guest so they wouldn’t have to walk in the way I did. Voice notes were recorded and played to her. Save your money—the place is filthy.

I met friendly staff and other guests on site, but when I arrived the place had no gas or hot water; I was told to turn the gas bottle on myself and then had to wait for staff to fix the hot water—something I didn't think I should be doing. The website made it look like there were more facilities, and nothing was left in the caravan.
