I liked the quick service and the staff. I didn’t like that the room’s paint was a bit worn, the towels looked very old, the sheets were very small, and there were some power issues for a moment.

I didn’t like that, despite Matagalpa’s cold weather and the room having A/C, they couldn’t provide an extra blanket; the room only had a small one for two people. My girlfriend used it and I had to keep warm with my towel.

The parking was good and the hot water was great, but the Wi‑Fi was terrible and never loaded anything, plus there was nothing for sale.
