I booked a room and when I arrived, I was told to wait outside. Not exactly what I was expecting, but I guess it's not the end of the world.

The location is really quiet and close to the Bảo Đại Palace, which is a great place to visit. The hotel is also near some good restaurants and has parking. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and they even cleaned the room every day. However, there were some issues with our booking - we had requested two rooms with balconies next to each other, but when we arrived, only one had a balcony.
