Very quiet, plenty of space—we had a 2‑bedroom suite, lots and lots of room, the pools were very nice, both cold and heated; I can’t wait to come back. There is nothing I didn’t like there.

This is our home away from home; it’s the perfect place for us to stay, and there isn’t anything I don’t like about this property.

The spot was spot on for what we needed, but apartment 1205 was a mess that needed a ton of upkeep; the bathrooms were filthy and unpainted, the TV had no instructions so we couldn't get Ant Free to air channels, and the foyer smelled like mold.

Checking in after hours was smooth, with clear directions sent by text and email that came in handy, yet the beds were a disappointment for a resort: the larger room’s bed sat on a wheeled base without stoppers and the headboard wasn’t secured, so it kept moving whenever I shifted; the other room’s low bed lacked a valance, exposing the frame and slats, and the tags on the bedframe were dangling—poor detail for a resort. The lounge’s white leather looked worn, and the couch cushions were flat and mismatched. This was a budget stay, not a resort.

Room 1306 blew us away—better than the one we had in 1308 six months ago, and we’d book it again if we could pick it in advance. Living near the area with our grandkids, it was perfect for entertaining them. The location and clean facilities made for a fabulous holiday; fresh towels and a made bed on Tuesday was a pleasant surprise, and the room had plenty of utensils and dishes. A designated parking spot that could accommodate family visits was a nice bonus.
