The staff were courteous and the place stayed clean; Ayoub was very helpful from check‑in to check‑out. A small kettle and some tea or coffee would have been handy instead of having to go down the road for a morning drink, but otherwise everything was fine.

The room was clean and tidy, and I was satisfied with every detail. The location was quite convenient, with easy access to the airport and Lulu Hypermarket.

Pleasant stay for 2 days. Very close to KIMS Hospital, which was my preference. Owner was very helpful and kept in touch upon my booking

There was no power backup and the facilities were not what I expected. Power backup and service were lacking.

The stay was very comfortable; the room was spacious, clean, and the small balcony was a nice touch. The host was extremely friendly, responsive, and helpful, making everything run smoothly. The location is very convenient—near major roads, hospitals, Lulu Mall, and not too far from the international airport. The property has a simple, practical, old‑school style rather than a luxury feel, which some travelers might appreciate for its straightforward and relaxed atmosphere. Overall, great value and a pleasant stay; highly recommended.
